I’m a NYC-based personal trainer who connects research to practical application in order to exceed my client’s expectations. Prior to becoming a personal trainer in 2013, I was an USPTA Professional Level Tennis Coach. At that turn, I knew that understanding human movement, exercise physiology, strength training, and corrective exercise would be pivotal to my client’s success and to be honest – there are a small percent of personal trainers who would take those steps to invest in themselves.

I’ve earned an MS in Exercise Science (Wellness & Fitness) from CALU & NASM certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Currently pursuing my second MS in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) from ECU. My passion and expertise allows me to work with a diverse set of clients regardless of their limitations.
